Why does the system won't allow me to click on the Submit/Apply button?

What to check:

  • Make sure that you have entered all the mandatory and requested information
  • Go through the reCAPTCHA process by clicking on the 'I'm not a robot' checkbox

  • Clear your cache and cookies

Question:
I have entered my information, why is it still showing that I am not 100% Onboarded?

  • It will show an exclamation point beside Onboarding if you missed some details that are required to be entered.
  • Check your Dashboard > Todo list to check on what you have missed. 
  • Refresh your page once you have completed

Question:
Why can't I upload my document?

What to check:

  • Make sure that the file you are uploading is not corrupted
  • Use the recommended browsers found here.
  • Clear your cache and cookies

Question:
I submitted an application, but I have not received a confirmation email.

Answer:
Kindly make sure to check on your Spam/Junk folder. This sometimes happens especially when your account does not recognize our email address. Make sure to mark the email as Not Spam for future emails sent from Shortlist. 

If you still haven't received the email, please reach out to us and we can confirm if there was an error or it was sent with no issues.

Question:
I received an invite link, but when I click on it, it shows that it is no longer valid.

Answer:

Invitation links expire after seven days of being sent. This is why we recommend that you click on the link as soon as you receive it. Kindly reach out to us or your client should you need a new invite link.

Why do you recommend to clear my cache and cookies?

Clearing your cache and cookies is recommended to be done regularly to maintain browser performance. Browsers often store website data and information to make pages load quicker. With constant updates and improvements done within Shortlist, your cache and cookies can easily be outdated. This will cause performance issues as your browser is getting the older information (cached data).
