New to Shortlist?
When you receive your first RFP, RFI or Assignment (referred to as a Project) invitation via Shortlist, the first thing you should do is register and update your profile.

Next, you need to accept the project invitation (you can also reject the invitation if you need to).

Already registered?
If you previously registered your account, the invitation will send you directly to this screen:

You can review all your project invitations and submissions in your portal home page by clicking the Projects tab:

Adding your Response to a Project Invitation

The response form has been configured by the requestor to meet the project's specifications.

When reviewing and responding to a project invitation, it is important to be as thorough in your response as possible. Remember, the more information you give, the more likely it is that you will be selected for the project!

Editing a Submitted Proposal

Once you've submitted your proposal, you can still go back and edit it until the submission due date.

Simply return to your partner portal (hint: you can do this by clicking the link in your email invitation), and click the green "Edit" button at the top of your screen.

Tip: If you do not see the green banner, that means the project is closed to further edits, and the requestor is now reviewing the responses.

Once you're done making edits, scroll down to the bottom and click the blue "Update response" button. Your changes are saved and available for the requestor to review.
