In Shortlist, the term "users" refers to individuals or team members using the platform that are internal to your organization. 

Users can have different levels of access, depending on how they interact with the platform. 

Here are some questions to ask yourself when setting up your users:

Who in your organization will be using Shortlist?

What roles do these individuals perform in your organization?

How will they be interacting with your external talent?

Will they need administrative access to all functions of the platform, or should they have specific permissions?
