Once you have your existing talent setup and invited to your Shortlist, it's time to explore how Marketplace can help you build your talent network. Marketplace helps you recruit new talent using Job Openings and Candidates.
When creating a Job Opening, candidates can visit your external portal to view and apply for available jobs. Once they apply, they will be considered a Candidate instead of automatically joining your shortlisted network. This creates your own unique candidate database, giving you easier access to manage your existing shortlisted network versus your external applicants.
Job Openings support rich text and custom fields, including the option to have questionnaires that you can use to screen candidates during the application process. You can even use the Job Opening link to be reposted to other job boards.
Managing candidates is easier than ever. You can view which candidates have applied for a particular job and assign an onboarding workflow that they are required to complete prior to joining your Shortlist. The information the candidates provide during their application process will stay with them once they’ve been approved to join your Shortlist.
Moving from Talent Pools to Marketplace is simple. If you are currently using Talent Pools and haven't upgraded to Marketplace, reach out to your account manager (or firstname.lastname@example.org) and they will guide you through the steps to leverage Marketplace to attract and manage the best talent for your organization.
