You can automatically gather signatures on necessary agreements and forms with agreement templates! When you send your talent agreements within Worksuite, they are electronically signed and stored in the talent's profile for easy reference.
Template agreements and forms can be added to any workflow for automatic assignment and completion. This is one more way Worksuite increases automation and decreases your team's manual efforts!
To add an Agreement to a workflow:
- Go to Workflows on the left-side menu
- Click on the 3 dots to the right of the workflow you wish to edit
- If you already have a "Sign Agreement" stage, click on it, and under Select Agreements, add/remove/replace the necessary agreements.
- If you don't have a stage yet, click on the Partner-facing stage > Sign Agreement. Under Select Agreements, add the necessary agreements.
- Click Save Changes
- Click Save Workflow
Agreements can also be sent manually directly from the Documents tab in each talent profile if needed.
- Click on a talent's profile.
- Go to the "Documents" ta.b
- You'll see the button to Send From Template and Upload Agreement for Signing.

You can configure your agreements directly from our UI by going to Settings (gear icon) at the bottom left side and scrolling down to Agreement.
