Job Openings (Opportunities)
Starting with an opportunity, talent can automatically progress through an embedded workflow. This helps you ensure you have all the information you need to manage your talent.
Once you have decided on the right talent, they can easily be assigned a task directly associated with the opening.

Creating an opportunity
New opportunities are created by first accessing the Marketplace tab in your platform. Begin by learning how to do that here.
Opportunities have 5 possible statuses. Below is the brief description about each:
a) Draft - Opportunity will be in Draft status when it is created initially and is not made live. The draft status indicated that the opportunity is not yet live for the candidates to apply.
b) Open - Opportunity will be in Open status as soon as we make the opportunity Live. This status indicates that the opportunity is live for the applicants to apply..
c) Completed - The opportunity will be in completed status once the candidate selection is completed and the position is closed.
d) Cancelled - Cancelling of the opportunity will cancel it in middle of the process or as soon as the opportunity is created as per the requirement of the candidate.
e) Archived - Archiving behaves similar to hiding or deleting the opportunity. We generally archive the item if it's not needed to be in the system.
Opportunity filters and search:
We can filter the opportunity based on two parameters:
Filter based on Opportunity Status
This option can be used to view list of opportunities within a particular status. For example, if we want to view the opportunities which are in 'Open' status we can select the filter status as 'Open' to view the results as desired.
Filter based on opportunities you created
The option of 'Show only my job openings' can be used to view the opportunities created by you. To enable the filter based on this, check the box next to 'Show only my job openings'.
Interacting with opportunities:
Adding Applicant / Candidate
Applicants can be directly added to an opportunity by clicking on 'View Applicants'.
The team board can be used to share comments internally with your team mates. Internal team members can be tagged by using the '@name' format in the message to be posted. Your candidates and talent will never see this messaging.
