What are Lists?
Lists are an easy way to compile a selection of freelancers who you think would be great for a job opening.
How to Create a List?
Step 1:
After accessing your dashboard, navigate to the Talent Directory module
Step 2:
Click on Lists
Step 3:
You will then be on the Lists screen and then you will click on Create New List or Add List to make a new list
Step 4:
From this screen, fill in the information about your List
- List Name (mandatory field)
- List Logo (optional field)
- List Admins (optional field)
Admins have full access to a list assigned to them. They can see, add and remove partners, and even other admins.
Step 5a:
Click on Save, and that's it! Congratulations, you created your first list!
Step 5b:
Toggle Advanced Properties to further customize your List's information in detail
- The additional fields that you can add are (all are optional):
- Cover photo
- Description
- Location
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Website
- List Managers

This shows a compilation view as you continue to add more Lists within the module
Additional Notes:
- The Copy link icon generates a unique shareable link that you can share externally with colleagues that will review your talent pool
- Search and Sort by
- You can search your Lists and sort by Alphabetical order, Newest, and the List that has the Most Partners

- The three-dot icon allows you to:
- Add to list
- Edit list
- Delete list
- Duplicate
Adding Talent to your List
Step 1:
Click on the List that you would like to add your talent to
Step 2:
Click on the Vertical three dots icon, and a drop-down will appear in which you will click on Add to List...
Step 3:
A pop-up window will appear for you to search and select the partner you would like to add, and simple as that, you have added talent to your list!
Different Fields for a List
Want to show off more? You can add different fields to your list or even create custom ones to display additional information about your talent.
Step 1:
Click on the List that you would like to add more fields to
Step 2:
On the right-hand of the screen, you will see a plus sign; this icon lets you add a profile field or add a new custom field to your list
The profile selection fields that you can choose from are:
- Phone
- Location
- Employees
- Years of experience
Or you can add a custom field and tailor it how you would like:

Have a Job Opening and know a freelancer within your Lists who you would like to add immediately? In your List, you can instantly add the talent to a job opening.
