Here are three easy ways to get back into your account, whether you use Single Sign-On (SSO), prefer a secure login link via email, or rely on a traditional password.

1. Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your company has implemented Single Sign-On for Worksuite, logging in is a breeze. Simply follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Worksuite login page.

  • Look for the "Login with SSO" option at the top of the login page.

  • Click on "Login with SSO."


That's it! Your Single Sign-On credentials will seamlessly grant you access to Worksuite without the need for a password.

For those who prefer a secure login link sent directly to their email, Worksuite has you covered:

  • On the Worksuite Login page, locate the "Email me a secure login" option at the bottom.
  • Enter your registered email address.
  • Click "Send."
  • Next, check your inbox for an email containing the secure login link. 

We recommend bookmarking your Worksuite login portal for future convenience, as this URL is unique to your company’s Worksuite environment. Just click on the link, and you'll be logged in securely without the hassle of remembering a password.




3. Traditional Password Reset

If you are using a password and need to reset it, here's what you should do:

  • On the Worksuite Login page, find the "Reset password" button at the bottom.

  • Click on "Reset password."

  • Check your email for a password reset link.

  • Click on the reset password link and follow the prompts to create a new password.

Now, you can use your updated password to log in to Worksuite.
