To manage your payments effectively, it’s important to understand the status of your invoices. Here’s a quick guide to help you navigate the different invoice statuses in Worksuite.


How to View Your Invoices


The Invoices/Payments module allows you to view and manage your invoices. To access this module, click on the dollar sign icon on the left side of your dashboard.



To filter invoices by status:


  • Use the status filter at the top of the page to view invoices by their current status.


To sort invoices:


  • Click on the up/down arrows next to the column headers to sort invoices by status, name, amount, etc.


Invoice Statuses


New - Invoices created by you or your client that are awaiting review.  




Approved - Invoices that have been reviewed and approved for payment processing. If your client uses Worksuite’s Global Pay service, they will schedule the invoice for an upcoming pay run for Worksuite to process.


In Flight - Payment for the invoice is on its way to your account and should be received in 1 to 5 business days, depending on your bank account's country. This status is only applicable if your client uses Worksuite's Global Pay service.


Rejected - Invoices that have been reviewed and rejected by your client. A note may be provided explaining the reason for rejection.



Paid - Invoices are marked paid by your client after processing. If your client uses Global Pay, invoices are automatically marked paid 72 hours after entering "In Flight" status. 


Note: While most payments processed by Worksuite are received within 3 days, it may take an additional 2 business days for the funds to reach your account for some payment destinations.

  • In Flight: Contact Worksuite Support.
  • Paid: If your client uses Global Pay, reach out to Worksuite Support. Otherwise, reach out to your client directly.
