The Record Expense Issue option can help you or your freelancers report problems with a payment.
This option is only available to admins and the specific freelancer when a payment is at 'Paid' status.
Once the payment is recorded by the freelancer, both admins and the Shortlist Payment team receives a notification about the issue reported.
When an admin records the issue, freelancer is notified about the reported issue in payments.
Freelancer/Admin have to describe the issue while recording the issue.
Once it is recorded, a red indication is shows in the payment of the freelancer indicating the issue with the payment.
Once the issue is resolved, admin/freelancer can resolve the issue on their end.
