Worksuite uses secure login links — a magic link sent to your email that lets you log in without a password. If that link isn't working, there are a few common reasons and easy fixes.
How Login Links Work
When you request a login link, Worksuite sends a unique, one-time link to your email address. Click it and you're logged in immediately — no password required. Each link is valid for a limited time and can only be used once.
Login links expire after a set period defined by your workspace. If the link has expired, simply request a new one from the login page.
Common Reasons a Login Link Stops Working
The link has expired
This is the most common reason. Login links are time-limited. If you didn't click it quickly enough, it's no longer valid. Go back to the Worksuite login page and request a fresh link.
The link was already used
Each link, depending on your client, might be one-time-use only. If you clicked it once (or it was opened automatically by a mail scanner), it's been consumed. Request a new one.
You can't find the email
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Check Promotions if you use Gmail.
- Make sure you entered the right email address on the login page. Worksuite only sends the link to the address on your account.
- Wait 2–3 minutes — delivery delays can happen.
The link gives an error when clicked
Try copying the full link and pasting it directly into your browser's address bar rather than clicking it in your email client. Some email apps or security tools modify or break URLs.
I don't see an option to request a secure login link
Your client might've disabled secure login links. Click on Setup
How to Request a New Login Link
- Go to the Worksuite login page.
- Enter your email address and click Send Login Link.
- Check your inbox (and Spam folder) for the new email.
- Click the link promptly — don't leave it sitting in your inbox.
Still Can't Get In? Switch to Password Login
If login links consistently cause problems, you can set up a password as an alternative. Password login is more reliable if your email is slow to deliver or if you share a device with others.
- On the Worksuite login page, click Set Up Password.
- Enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to create your password.
- Set a strong, unique password and save it somewhere safe.
- Going forward, click Log In with Password on the login page instead of requesting a link.
Once you set up a password, you can use either login method. If you want to add an extra layer of security, you can also enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — see the 2FA article for details.
