Understanding Your Bank Transfers
When Worksuite initiates a bank transfer, we send you the full requested amount. Neither Worksuite nor our partners charge any fees for the transfer itself. For international transfers (SWIFT), we instruct the sending bank to cover all fees associated with the transfer.
Possible Discrepancies:
Local Bank Fees:, Your receiving bank may charge you a fee for receiving the wire transfer. While we strive to minimize these, charges directly from your bank are outside of our control. Contact your bank directly for potential fee waivers.
Currency Conversion: If you receive funds in a currency different from your Worksuite invoice currency, an FX conversion fee of up to 4% may apply. Please be advised that this is a standard fee that covers the cost of currency exchange.
NOTE: Foreign exchange rates can fluctuate daily. Therefore, the exchange rate used to convert your payment may differ from the rate you used in your calculations.
We strive to deliver your funds in full, but the factors mentioned above may affect the final amount you receive.
