You can upload documents to your profile, whether it be a resume, an SOW, or anything relevant to your contract works specifics.

What kind of Documents and Files can I Upload?


The following document types are accepted:  

  • Microsoft® Word® or similar word processing files (.doc, .docx, .rtf, .rtx, .odt) 
  • PDF 
  • Plain text (.txt) 
  • Microsoft Excel® files (.xls, .xlsx) 
  • Graphics (.tiff, .tif, .jpeg, .jpg, .jpe, .png) 
The platform cannot process documents with signature boxes, watermarks, password fields, or other security features. Remove these features by printing and re-scanning the document.


How to Upload a Document or File to your Profile

  1. Log in to your Worksuite account

  2. Click the Documents module on the left-side menu.
  3. Click on Files.
  4. Click on Upload on the top-right.
  5. Follow the steps to upload your file
    1. Select the file that you want to upload (choose one).
    2. Designate the type of document from the drop-down menu
    3. Issue date (if applicable)
    4. Expiry date (if applicable)
    5. Add a message to your Administrator (optional)
  6. Click on Add File.



Note that File Uploads are different than "Requested" Documents under the Documents module.


Requested documents = mandatory uploads requested by your client.This can be accessed by clicking on the Documents module.

Files upload = extra documentation you want your client to see.
